At Snefro Travel, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our valued customers. Please review our policy below:
1. Cancellation by the Customer
• More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Between 3 to 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 3 days before the tour date or no-show: No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Snefro Travel
• If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, or operational issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Modifications & Rescheduling
• Changes to your booking (e.g., date or participant number) can be requested at least 72 hours before the tour. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Force Majeure
• In cases of extraordinary events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics), refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
